First meeting of the Queensland 2CV Club - Sunday 30 March 2008

2CViking's Workhorse
In March 2008 Peter Fosselius (aka 2CViking) was on one of his around Australia repair trips, and he suggested to get all Brisbane 2CVers together and go for a drive while he was over this side of the country.
With the help of the Aussiefrogs forum and one of the local Brisbane 2CV mechanics, we were able to contact about 25 South East Queensland 2CV owners, and decided to go for a drive to Mount Glorious.

Ferrari 2CV
About 15 cars turned up at New Farm Park on Sunday 30 March, and up the mountain we went with most of them.
It was a glorious sunny Queensland day, and first stop was Jolly's Lookout for morning tea.

Lunch at Mount Nebo
Then off to Mount Nebo for lunch, and after that we drove back down the mountain for afternoon tea, courtesy of Anja and Stephane.

Everybody had a great time and it was decided to try to get together at least twice a year. So stay tuned!
You can find more photos and a video of the day on the Aussiefrogs forum.
